In 2025, Elsabet Kaplan was almost done writing a memoir; as a kids’ attorney and crisis line volunteer, she’s helped about 1,000 people survive tough times. To round out her book, she researched her family history as a great-great-granddaughter of a Lincoln conspirator and a first cousin, 6 times removed, of President Lincoln’s Aunt Mary (Mudd) Lincoln.
While doing research, she discovered the U.S. Constitution is in danger. And discovered her purpose: Bring light to darkness.
Today, she is finishing her memoir and raising awareness on civil rights issues in the U.S. and around the globe.
The following will take you to one of our numerous affiliated sites. Because each venue is robust, we’ve given each a dedicated sister site. Each is maintained by The Mudd Page and protected by numerous security features. For more information, please visit our Privacy Page. (We’re a new company. This website is in development.)
Elsabet's Voice - A Blog-Plus (Blus) Site
“Elsabet’s Voice” is the home of Elsabet’s blus. She writes about active listening skills and responds to letters requesting advice on how to have actual tough conversations.
We have a magazine; if your work is chosen, you can be paid for your writing and art. It has word games, competitions, and a connected newsletter. We also have an online Write Center, where you can get tons of help writing your own material.
Calendar of Events & Press Kit
Elsabet is already lining up paid events. Here, you can see when she will be in your area, access her press kit, and keep up with her calendar.
If you would like to engage Elsabet to speak and want to save time, you can submit an inquiry using the button below.
Our Family History Page
Here, Elsabet publishes a weekday blog on the assassination of President Lincoln, as seen through her eyes. This blog is also published on our Facebook page.
We believe it is important for the public to know where we receive the information we discuss. So we are also maintaining a reference library.
Civil Liberties Awareness Project
As we race into our technological future, it is critical we remember sacrifices others have made to ensure our liberty.
Every living being has a divine purpose. Even trees and plants produce oxygen so the rest of us can breathe. Everyone matters. We are each unique in the history of space and time and deserve civil rights, fair and equal justice, and to have our voices heard.
Through CLAP, The Mudd Page seeks to inform, empower, and advise the public on civil rights issues.
